Final destination: Permanent position.

Companies entrust us recruiters with the recruitment of personnel for their vacancies.
This saves them a lot of work and usually leads to a vacancy being filled more quickly.

Rocket launch: landing your CV directly on the hiring manager's desk

We recruiters meet our clients to discuss their job profiles in detail. That way, we understand the requirements in detail and get to know the organization and the corporate culture. This knowledge enables us to search for qualified candidates. In the recruitment process, we draw on our talent pool and engage in active sourcing. As a result, we not only reach people who are open for a new position, but also those who are not actively job-hunting at the moment.

Once we have found candidates with the right skills, we want to get to know them better. Sure, their CV allows us to get a first impression. But a person has so many layers, and that is why we want to find out who is behind them. Especially when it comes to recruiting for permanent positions, it is important that a person fits into the new work environment not only professionally, but also as a person.

At this point, we present our client with suitable candidate profiles. Thanks to our close cooperation, application documents do not end up in some pile or, even worse, in the spam folder, but directly on the desk of the hiring manager.

The goal of placements is for candidates to be permanently employed by the client company.

We prepare our candidates thoroughly for interviews. We share our insider information about interview partners, the corporate culture and offer helpful advice on what is important to the hiring manager. In a nutshell, we support our candidates through every step of the application process – and beyond.

When the time comes to negotiate a contract, good advice is expensive. For HR and recruiters, they belong on the daily agenda, but applicants rarely deal with the market value of their skills, clauses, deadlines and so on. Therefore, we accompany our candidates in contract negotiations as competent consultants.

Actually, our job is done as soon as the employment contract between company and candidate is signed. Actually! Because we keep in touch with all parties involved even after a successful placement. This is what Coopers is all about - we focus on long-lasting and consistent partnerships. With us, candidates are in good company.

By the way: our service is free of charge for candidates. Our clients pay a commission for the recruitment.
