Pricing Insights Specialist – Global Diagnostics (24-Month Contract)

Our client, a global leader in the healthcare and diagnostics industry, is looking for a Pricing Insights Specialist to drive the transformation of their global pricing function.
In this key role, you will build and execute advanced Monitoring & Insights capabilities that turn complex data into actionable commercial strategies.

Location: Zug, Switzerland (with flexibility to work from Basel)
Workload:
100% (Hybrid: 2–3 days on-site per week)
Start Date:
January 2026 (latest February 2026) Duration: 2 years 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Pricing Report Creation: Design and standardize impactful pricing reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Data & Process Optimization: Improve data extraction, reporting processes, and documentation for long-term efficiency and accuracy.
  • M&I Roadmap Execution: Own the end-to-end delivery of new reports and analytical tools for global and regional stakeholders.
  • Strategic Insights: Translate data into actionable recommendations that support commercial and life cycle strategies.
  • Market & Price Analysis: Conduct research on market factors, track price trends, and identify opportunities for strategic improvement.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to corporate and data integrity standards.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic pricing, commercial, or net revenue management roles within Diagnostics, MedTech, or Pharma
  • Proven ability to create data-driven price reports and advanced analytics
  • Expertise in Excel modeling, with experience using Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders
  • Fluent English (German a strong advantage)
  • Self-starter with a “builder mindset” who enjoys developing new processes and analytical tools
