Andy Schnyder works as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Coopers Group AG. In his role, he supports the consulting team in Bern in the recruitment of specialists and executives, especially in the field of IT.

Before joining Coopers, Andy graduated with a degree in Industrial, Organizational and Personnel Psychology. Prior to that, he gained professional experience in various industries such as hospitality and private transport.

Andy is such a Queen fan that by the end of the concert he cried tears of joy because seeing Queen with Adam Lambert live was a childhood dream come true. If he were on stage himself at karaoke tonight, however, he would pick Piano Man by Billy Joel. His superpower of choice is flying, so he can travel anywhere. In particular, he would love to travel to Tibet someday, because of the scenery, the culture, and the unique spirituality. Andy is not someone to do things by halves – he either drinks no coffee a day or ten . And he had the courage to quit a job that didn't fulfill him. He waited for the right job – and we're incredibly happy that this one is with us.
