With a MSP, we manage the acquisition, assignment, and administration of temporary staff. This includes the vendor management of other recruiting agencies, too.

 

Our MSP models:

1) Neutral Vendor Model:
The MSP partner has a neutral function and all external agencies can present candidates at the same time.

2) Master Vendor Model:
In this model, we are not only the MSP partner but also the main vendor and can present candidates before all other agencies.

MSP

With a RPO, you assign the entire or part of the recruitment process for your permanent positions to us. For our candidate management, we use a web-based applicant management system. This allows us to keep you up to date at all times.
