Prior to her career in recruiting, Joëlle worked as team leader in an international forwarding and logistics company. That is also where she completed her federal certificate as an international freight forwarding and logistics specialist.

Joëlle is an ambitious, empathetic, and sarcastic person all at once, who speaks her mind. Not only her rugby teammates appreciate that. She joined a permanent rugby team in 2016 and has made friends for life there; it is where she draws strength and recharges her batteries. If Joëlle won 33 million Swiss francs in the lottery, she would first freeze with shock, but then donate to charity, help animals in need, and travel. Including to Papua New Guinea, where she would like to see for herself why the country is considered so dangerous. And then to Borneo, seeing orang-utans in the wild would be just WOW. When getting ice cream, Joëlle opts for chocolate, she prefers beer to wine, and, given the choice between city versus countryside, she would go for house with garden.
