Ilona Capper is Business Manager Zurich at Coopers iET AG.

Ilona is a federally certified tourism specialist HF. She has a lot of recruiting expertise: she has been with iET SA for almost ten years, most recently as Head of Recruitment and member of the Executive Board.

Funfacts about Ilona

Astronaut - that was Ilona's career aspiration as a child. She was fascinated by the planets and stars and couldn't imagine anything better than orbiting the earth and seeing the blue planet from space. Maybe it wasn't such a bad thing that things turned out differently; who knows if she would have had that first date with her husband in Amsterdam, which she still remembers fondly today (not to mention she would probably not be part of the Coopers family then). Instead, she (fortunately) built a strong career in recruiting, always true to the principle of never giving up. For Ilona, complete relaxation is an idyllic evening in the mountains with snow falling outside the window, a glass of red wine in her hand, sitting by a crackling fire and listening to good music. It's quite possible that Ghackets with Hörnli, Öpfelmues (minced meat, pasta, and applesauce) and lots of cheese would be on the menu, as this is one of Ilona's favorite dishes. (And sour gummi bears for dessert, her guilty pleasure.) During the day, English Breakfast Tea is a must, with milk of course, as she drinks at least five cups a day; she would even bring it to a desert island alongside her husband and dog.
