Team Diversity
A whole decade of Coopers!
Highest railroad to introduce our team a little better. What began with two people has now grown into a 29-member Coopers family. This family convinces not only through competent, friendly employees, but also through an enormous variety - and all this without quotas or similar.
We currently have 29 employees in the Coopers team. Among them 9 nationalities are represented. We speak no less than 11 languages. Namely: Swiss German, German, English, French, Portuguese, Hungarian, Polish, Albanian, Serbian, Italian and Arabic.
In addition, we have a gender distribution of exactly 50:50, with a colourful mix of age groups for both men and women. Our youngest employee is 24 years old, while the oldest colleague is 69.
We employ so-called "working moms", students and also employees with part-time jobs.
Our backgrounds are just as diverse as our roots, languages, and cultures. We employ a former teacher, a specialist for exercise and health promotion, a banker, an economist with a doctorate, an electrician, a psychologist and many more. We all came together through different paths and complement each other with different skills and strengths and compensate for our weaknesses.
We at Coopers, are very proud of our multicultural team and see a great enrichment in every employee. And just as diverse as the core team is the team of our external consultants.
