Before we bid farewell to this year, we would like to look back at the remarkable events that made our 2023 so special.
The biggest milestone was the acquisition of iET SA. The Coopers Family grew by fantastic colleagues due to the merger. This is such a huge win – both personally and professionally. It is therefore no surprise at all that we are looking forward to the new year with excitement and anticipation.
An essential driver in future endeavors is the ongoing digitalization, especially artificial intelligence (AI). AI plays a key role in our success: process improvement, content generation, and precise data analysis are just a few examples of how AI frees up capacity in our day-to-day business – time we invest in our most important task: our personal relationships! As recruiters, we work with people! We have the honor (and the responsibility) of co-writing their personal stories. We take this very seriously and it is why we love our job. This passion will never be replaced by technology – which is the message of this year's Coopers Christmas video, with a dash of humor.
We thank our wonderful team for their tireless commitment, also in 2023. Thank you for precious memories in 2023, from summer raclette to apéros to magical hikes in the Swiss mountains. We are proud to see how warmly the new colleagues were welcomed into the Coopers Family. It reflects our strong company culture and true team or rather Coopers Spirit.
Thanks to all our clients and partners, new and existing, for the trust shown in us and for the close partnerships. We are full of energy and motivation for 2024 to show you once again that you are in good company with us.
Upon reflecting on this year, we realize what a precious privilege it is to live in health and peace. Our hearts go out to everyone deprived of this. "In the midst of difficulties lie opportunities" Albert Einstein once said. We hope the world sees the current challenges as an opportunity for more solidarity. We, too, want to contribute and have lined up exciting projects for 2024. More on that to follow on the Coopers blog.
We wish everyone a Merry Christmas with their loved ones. Luckily, Zoom, Facetime & co. let us celebrate with all we cannot meet face-to-face around the Christmas tree. Humanity + technology, it is all about the right mix.
