Legal Specialist

m/w/d, Zürich

How many law books does your bookshelf contains?
For our client, a technology company located in the heart of Switzerland, we are looking for a a fully qualified lawyer as legal secondee (f/m/d).

start date: asap
end date: 31/12/2024 (with the option on extension)
workload: 80 - 100%
location: Zürich (CH)
work model: Contracting

Your Responsibilities:

Legal advice on a number of project related issues, such as contractual interpretation, claims handling or similar
Provide support on related litigations (in support role to lead lawyer)
Prepare a wide variety of legal documents in relation to project business, such as settlement agreements, meeting minutes or take over certificates
Provide support as substitute when team lawyers are out of office

Your Profile:

General commercial lawyer, with deep understanding of claims management, contracts and global project business preferably in a turn-key delivery setting (industrial equipment and goods)
8-12 years of experience in the legal enviroment
Business acumen and proficiency in dealing with business stakeholders
Excellent project management skills (e.g. leading legal projects independently)
Experience of integrity & compliance matters is a strong plus
Advanced english language skills (working knowledge of French is a plus but not necessary)
