Senior IT Digital Strategy & Projects Lead (German AND English)

Tasks:

• Lead development and implementation of corporate digitalization strategy in alignment with Corporate Strategy and objectives
• Communicate and interact with senior executives and stakeholders to align digital transformation strategy with overall business goals and strategies.
• Plan and monitor digitalization projects including scope, timeline, budget, resources and risk, ensure internal and external stakeholder alignment
• Lead and drive the implementation and roll-out of key complex digitalization projects and business applications from concept to delivery in collaboration with all relevant Stakeholders
• Ensuring appropriate consideration of compliance requirements in any digitalization project through close collaboration with internal stakeholders (Quality, Manufacturing, Development, Finance, etc.)
• Collaborate with IT and Business functions to identify joint priorities and focus areas and translate into a roadmap with tangible goals and projects
• Stay up to date with the latest digital technologies and trends, and identify opportunities for innovation

Requirements:

• University Degree in Computer Science or related field, MBA is a plus
• 7+ years of experience in planning and executing major IT-related projects including business transformation and change management
• Demonstrated experience in leading digitalization strategy development & execution

• Proven experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager, with a solid understanding of IT project management principles and methodologies.

• Expertise in SAP S4 Hana is a must

• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows 11 and M365.

• Strong experience in managing and resolving interface issues between different systems.

• Familiarity with classic IT infrastructure and redundant server setups.

• Demonstrated ability to plan, execute and deliver projects on time, budget and scope
• Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry (regulated environment GxP) is a must.
• High proficiency in software-related project management (classical project methodology and agile methodology)
• A team player with strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional & cross-cultural environments at all levels.
• German and English fluent
• Strategic thinking and operational skills
• High level of social competence in dealing with stakeholders, e.g. when introducing new technologies and processes
