Agnieszka Kawalec

Agnieszka is a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Coopers Group AG and responsible for supporting the life science team in the recruitment process- sourcing, screening.
Prior to Coopers Group she worked 3,5 years for a biotech company and was responsible for recruitment in Switzerland and CEE region.

Agnieszka has a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics.

Funfacts about Aga

Aga, as we call her, could not live without her family, friends, and pasta. The pasta is most likely cooked by her boyfriend, then, as she does not consider herself a good cook. No matter how many times she tries, her cooking simply never turns out well. The more creative the ambition, the greater the disaster. But, she contributes the red wine, which she is quite fond of. When it comes to books, Aga is old school and prefers real books to eBooks; nothing compares to the scent of paper and ink, she says. She had a special once-in-a-lifetime moment at Disneyland, where she overcame her fear of roller coasters. Cheers to that, because after all, life is quite a roller coaster ride.
