New member of the Board of Directors – Markus Mahler
In the course of converting Coopers Group to a limited corporation we have also launched a Board of Directors. We are very happy that besides both shareholders, we can now also welcome Markus Mahler as our first external member of the Board of Directors.

Markus Mahler has been a member of the Board of Directors of Coopers Group AG since January 2018. He has many years of experience as CEO, Entrepreneur and board member. Since 2012, he has been working as CEO for the trading company Brack.ch. and was previously responsible for corporate development as a member of the company's management. Prior to this time, Markus Mahler worked as Marketing Manager and CEO for a company in the food wholesale trade. The foundation of several startups as well as the strategic support of different companies are also part of his experience.
Markus Mahler holds a Swiss Federal Diploma in Marketing and a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS Coaching) from the FHNW University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland.
With his competence profile and network as well as his many years of experience in corporate development, Markus Mahler is a valuable addition to Coopers.
