Arne Huyghelier

Arne Huyghelier, Principal Account Manager at Coopers Group AG, is responsible for the contracting recruitment as well as consulting in the life sciences industry across all Switzerland.  

Arne brings over eight years of recruiting and consulting experience, both internal and external. Prior to this, Arne has worked in life sciences in the R&D and QA departments. His focus lies on being a trusted and knowledgeable partner to his clients and candidates.

Invisibility. That is the superpower Arne would choose because of the endless opportunities that came with it. Invisibility would also help with his lack of patience (which he considers his most annoying attribute) that always makes him fly around like a helicopter. This high-level energy might be why Arne is very much into sports – from his childhood dream of becoming a professional football player (failed pretty badly), to a hike in nature with no internet to unwind, to loving all kinds of sports and training for the Ironman triathlon. Movement is his happy place. To restore his energy, Arne favors chocolate, cheese, and beer – there can never be enough cheese, he says; chocolate and beer are owed to his Belgian roots. The best career advice he ever received: Embrace a certain level of routine and repetition. It’s the foundation for excellence. That holds true for sports, as well.
