Pravinth works as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at our Bern branch, where he supports the account management team with carefully selected candidate profiles.

After completing his training as a retail specialist, he worked in customer care for several years, where he developed a keen sense for excellent service. This led him to a career in recruiting. Before joining Coopers, Pravinth worked in-house at a pharmaceutical company in the HR/talent acquisition department.

Friendly, upbeat and tidy, that is how Pravinth would describe himself. And he really means the tidy part. Structure is not a bonus, it is the baseline. Chaos does not stand much of a chance around him. Those who know him know that before he calls it a day, everything is in its place. For Pravinth, travelling means more than just a holiday. Discovering new cultures, soaking up different vibes and stepping outside the familiar, that is what gives him energy. If he could choose a superpower, it would without question be teleportation. One thought and already on the other side of the world. Sport and movement are his balance. Staying active means focus, discipline and a clear head. And when that is not enough, it is headphones in and music on. Music is his reset, his own little retreat. As a film character he would be Batman, not for the cape, but because Batman never gives up. Same energy. His motto suits him perfectly: Live today as if there is no tomorrow. And we are pretty sure there are plenty of tomorrows still to come, neatly planned, with clear goals and plenty of drive.
