Sascha Gross

Sascha is the Business Manager Life Sciences at the Coopers Group. In this role, he and his team are responsible for acquiring, advising, and supporting clients in the Life Sciences industry across Switzerland.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Economics and a Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Sales Leadership. With 10 years of experience in the Swiss staffing and recruiting industry, most recently as Senior Business Unit Lead at a major international provider, Sascha has strong expertise in External Workforce Management and brings a broad range of know-how, from temporary staffing to service and work contracts in on-, near-, and off-shore setups.

If you don’t move, nothing moves. That is Sascha’s life motto. And it fits him perfectly, because he is always on the go. He once spent a year and a half backpacking solo, traveling east until he eventually came out in the west again. No surprise that as a kid, he wanted to become a pilot, chasing the sun no matter the weather. With his dream superpower, teleportation, that would be even easier. Plus he could avoid his biggest stress trigger: traffic jams. He would also have more time to work on his surfing skills, which, let’s be honest, still need some practice; mostly because he rarely gets the chance. Luckily, the ocean calms his mind and helps him unwind. Add a scoop of pistachio ice cream and an episode of his favorite podcast Fest und Flauschig and life is pretty good.
