Stephan Löschke

Stephan Löschke works as a Principal Consultant at Coopers' Zurich office. He is part of the IT & Engineering team and is responsible for customer acquisition and care. 

Stephan is a trained IT Specialist. He brings an impressive 20 years of experience in recruiting and is highly skilled in both client consulting and candidate acquisition. Most recently, his main focus has been on the industrial sector.

Funfacts about Stephan

Being a great listener and approaching almost every situation in life with humor are two of Stephan’s greatest strengths (especially valuable in recruiting, both of them). He grew up near Berlin and has a soft spot for cities, among the many classics he mentions, Cork is certainly the most interesting; maybe he can explain why in more detail over a cup of coffee. Canada is still on his travel bucket list, mainly for its diverse landscapes and cultural influences. Of course, his family would be part of the journey as well, just like a scoop of stracciatella ice cream, his favorite flavor. 

Professionally, his best career decision was the move from recruiting into account management, which gave him a truly holistic view of his role. Still, it’s only his second favorite job because he has dreamed of becoming an astronaut and flying into space since childhood. The fact that this remains a dream (for now) doesn’t bother him, as Stephan prefers to focus on everything he already has. His life motto reminds him how much power lies in the present moment: Today is the tomorrow of yesterday, so use today to shape your future.
