Coopers Helicopter Day – Referral Programm
As recruiters we are always trying to explore new ways how to find suitable candidates for our clients. On one hand of course the technical skills and experience must fit our client’s requirements; on the other hand the personality and the mind-set of the candidates are extremely important. Unfortunately we are not able to find out anything about a person’s character by reading their CV. So, what better source could we have than a recommendation from a person we trust?
With the coopers referral program every successful recommendation gets rewarded. For the past few months we promoted a Helicopter ride that we would offer as a referral gift. Last Saturday we finally had the chance to keep our promise!
The helicopter trip started at the EuroAirport in Basel and took a first group to Bubendorf BL where we had a nice little lunch all together. A second group had a roundtrip starting from Bubendorf towards Oensingen. Even though the weather was not perfect we had the chance to see the Alps. We flew back over the well-known Brewery “Felschlösschen” and saw the City of Basel from above.
Thank you very much again for referring your friends to us. We had a great Saturday with all of you and we are looking forward to meet you guys again son. A great THANKS as well to Helitrans AG who helped us to organise that special day! You did an amazing job.
