Coopers Winter Fun

To continuously improve our general performance is one of our key values. As we are confronted with IT Jobs every day whilst recruiting IT Professionals, it is very important for us to constantly stay up to date and be informed about latest technologies and trends within the IT Industry. To be able to provide a constantly outstanding and excellent service to our clients it is essential for us to keep up a great team spirit. Therefore in the beginning of March 2015 Coopers decided to offer a life-long experience to the whole Coopers Team. We were in Grindelwald for 2 days and enjoyed the end of the winter at the top of Männlichen in the “Berner Oberland”

The agenda was not communicated to the team to keep up the excitement. As you can imagine, starting the day with a helicopter ride was a real surprise for all of us. We had an amazing view from above to the Jungfrau Region and the wonderful snow-covered mountains. Sometimes it was quite a bumpy ride, but with the amazing view it was easy to ignore the upcoming fear. After a half an hour ride in the helipcopter, we landed on top of the “Männlichen” and had a delicious lunch in the mountain shelter. Before the afternoon winter-fun started we chilled and enjoyed the sunny weather in the sunbeds. The view on the eiger north face was just spectacular. In the late afternoon we started the adventure part of our team-building event. We sled for 2.5 hours in the mountains sometimes quite extremely.  At the end of the day everybody was exhausted but full of energy at the same time as this day was an unforgettable experience for the whole Coopers Team.
