FOCUS-Business Magazine gives Coopers Top Ranking
The magazine FOCUS BUSINESS and kununu.ch (a company review portal) presented the top medium-sized businesses in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for the first time in their latest edition. Candidates and employees rated Coopers anonymously via kununu.ch and FOCUS-Business conducted a wide anonymous survey too. The consolidated results were published in the FOCUS-Business magazine on the 28th of November.
We are extremely pleased that Coopers Group achieved 14th place in the total ranking and third place in the service provider category!
This means that the Coopers Group (and all other businesses that made it into the Top 50) has distinguished itself through extraordinary company philosophy and leadership concepts. In addition to this the Coopers Group values a sophisticated staffing policy. The staff of these companies are all very pleased with their employers. According to FOCUS-Business reasons for this range from „a great atmosphere at work, the possibility to work flexibly and the ability to create the perfect work-life-balance despite a demanding job."
This excellent ranking in such a well-known magazine shows that Cooper's key values „Innovation, Flexibility and Humanity" are appreciated by employees and partners alike. It indicates that Coopers keeps its promises and focusses on people and their personalities.
We are overjoyed about this ranking result, which was only possible thanks to such a great team!
