Wel­come Jan-Phil­ipp Schwarz

We are very glad to welcome Jan-Philipp Schwarz as Business Manager to the Coopers Team.

Jan-Philipp studied business and started his career working for an international recruiting company where he first was responsible for building a team in Berne, providing IT specialists for temporary projects. Once the team was up and running he switched internally and took care of permanent positions in healthcare (developing that skill for the firm in Switzerland) and engineering building teams in both fields.

After 7.5 years of working for a big corporation, having managerial experience and being responsible for budgets in different departments Jan-Philipp is the right person to oversee the further growth of the Coopers Group. His experience in recruiting (permanent and temporary positions) and his knowledge in IT and engineering give us the possibility to consult our clients even more professionally and efficiently.
