As a specialised recruitment agency in Information Technology, Engineering and Life Sciences, it is essential that the Coopers recruiters have updated and profound expertise in said fields.
Especially with the digitalization, IT tasks and jobs are getting more challenging and diverse. Our recruiters need to be able have a good overview of today's IT industry, so they can understand our client's needs. They also need to be trained so they can ask detailed and precise questions in job interviews to find the right specialists.

This is why we conduct a so-called IT 360 Training once a year for all our recruiters. The training is led by Tobias Müller, MSc in Computer Science. He is Managing Director at the progile GmbH. Since years he successfully works with small teams in middle and large IT projects in Switzerland and with international clients; he is responsible for IT Architecture and project leadership.

IT is all everywhere and touches our lives daily, professionally as well as privately – contactless payment, mobile, data safety, cloud computing and quantum computer up to new programming languages and memory systems.

The modern IT environment
IT is everywhere! Buzzwords like "cloud computing" and "virtualization", discussions about intellectual property and open source movements define the modern IT environment just as much as new programming languages, new memory systems or the challenge to make all these novelties manageable, do.

This environment constantly requires new professionals who are experts in their field. The IT 360 training got us ready to find exactly those experts for our clients.

The training was intense, exciting and got all of us up to date with the latest information technology standards. It was our pleasure to welcome colleagues from the company Nordwand, this year.
