How does that work?
Quite simple! Send an e-mail to one of our consultants with the name and address of the person. We will get in touch with the person concerned if he or she is suitable for the job. If your recommendation leads to a permanent position or an assignment of at least three months, we will give you a weekend in Zermatt worth CHF 500!

About the Coopers Referral Program
We recruiters are always looking for new ways to find suitable candidates for our clients. On the one hand, their technical skills must match the requirements of our clients, on the other hand, the personality of the candidates plays a major role. Unfortunately, we can find out very little about a person's character by reading their CV. A recommendation from a person we trust is therefore a better source.

Conditions
The profile of the recommended person must match one of our current jobs. If your recommendation leads to a permanent position or an assignment of at least three months, you will be rewarded. Regardless of the length of your contract, you will receive your reward three months after starting the job.
