In a public tender, Post CH AG has sought providers for the future procurement of external IT personnel resources for the "User Experience Services" team.
The "User Experience Services" team of the Communications functional area supervises numerous projects every year, starting with user research, through requirements modelling and the design and evaluation of the solution. These include projects which are mainly market-oriented (private and business customers of Swiss Post). Both internal and external user experience (UX) specialists are deployed for this purpose.
The focus of the deployment of UX architects is on innovation projects, which represent a key success factor for the digitization of Swiss Post. New digital services are designed to simplify the lives of postal customers and make new postal services attractive with an outstanding user experience.
