Wel­come at Coopers — Agnieszka Kawalec

We are very happy to welcome Agnieszka to the Coopers Team!

In her role as Talent Acquisition Consultant, Agnieszka is responsible for supporting the life science team in the recruitment process-sourcing, screening. Prior to Coopers Group she worked 3,5 years for a biotech company and was responsible for the recruitment in Switzerland and CEE region.
She has a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics.

5 Questions for Agnieszka

In order to get to know her a little bit better, we asked Agnieszka to select and answer five questions from a list of questions. Let's get to it:

1) Dog or cat?
Always dogs. The only cat that I can accept is the one that belongs to my sister (her name is Figa) even though I have an allergy every time I see it.

2)  Which characteristic had the best boss you ever had?
I was amazed by how resilient she was. She always had a solution in her head and was always positive, creating an atmosphere of support. Extremely encouraging. Nothing was impossible for her.

3) Which country do you absolutely want to travel to one day?
One of my dreams is to travel to Slovenia- the greenest country on the planet.

4) If your life had a soundtrack, which three songs would certainly be on it?
- Don't stop me now – Queen
- November Rain- Guns N' Roses
- Schindler's list main theme song

5) Do you have hobbies? Which ones and why?
I am a fan of true crime. I can read articles and watch documentaries about murders , crimes etc whole days and trying to solve mysteries (feeling like a detective). I am also collecting books dedicated to this topic.
I do not know if I call it a hobby, but I am addicted to Friends series. I know it by heart and I never get enough of it.
