Wel­come at Coopers – Cyn­thia Villoria

Some new faces joined the Coopers family lately. We start by introducing Cynthia Villoria, who works with Alex and Pete in the backoffice as HR Specialist – welcome to the team, Cynthia!

Cynthia completed a vocational education and training as commercial employee as well as retail professional. Before joining us, she worked in her current role at several other recruiting agencies and further completed her training as HR assistant. 

5 Questions for Cynthia

In order to get to know her a little bit better, we asked Cynthia to select and answer five questions from a list of questions. Let's get to it:

1) Do you have hobbies? Which ones and why?
My greatest passion is sports! For almost 4 years now, I teach group classes in various gyms, such as PIIT or BBP. Doing sports relaxes me and lets me blow off some steam. It's a great balance to the office life. When leading a class, the greatest gift is to see exhausted yet happy participants and their appreciation.
How I got into sports? Thanks to my mother. I wasn't always very keen on sports. But, at some point, I found my motivation and followed her advice to become a "toning instructor". By doing so I followed in her footsteps, as she is an instructor, too. At this point "thanks mom".
Maybe I can also bring a little bit of movement to the Coopers family.

2) You are the host for your friends, what food will you serve?
Definitely a bottle of Prosecco, or maybe two. And the most important thing, good food or a homemade cake.

3) If you were to meet a famous personality (dead or alive) – whom would you want to meet and what would you ask her or him?
Freddie Mercury, I adore him! Sure, I would want to ask him a lot of questions, but spontaneously, I would ask him for a selfie with me.

4) How does your perfect Sunday look like?
Sleep in, enjoy good coffee and a delicious brunch. When the weather is nice, I catch some sun on our large patio. Later in the afternoon, I start binge watching Netflix, which could result in dark circles under my eyes on Monday morning.

5) What would you do if you won the lottery?
I would be happy and upset about not getting the super number right ;)
