Wel­come to Coopers, dear Larissa!

When browsing through the new Coopers homepage, you might have noticed a few new faces in our team. With the Coopers blog on Summer break, did not get to introduce our new colleagues properly. So, it is about time to catch up.

In August 2022, Larissa Birkle joined the Coopers Family.

Larissa joined our team Life Sciences as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and works at our Basel office. She studied Business Administration at the VWA Academy in Freiburg. Larissa brings a lot of Life Sciences expertise as she worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 18 years, mainly in research and early development.

5 Questions for Larissa

To get to know her a little better, we asked Larissa to select and answer five questions from a list of questions. Here we got.

1) What was the best career advice you ever got?
To listen to my intuition!

2) Do you have hobbies? Which ones and why?
I love to bake and decorate cakes. I totally forget the time and I am in a kind of flow. And the others are happy to eat a cake in the end.

3) How does your perfect Sunday look like?
Sleeping in and getting up when I am awake, a looong brunch and spending time with my family.

4) What calms you down and eases your mind?
Being somewhere outside enjoying nature.

5) Which country do you absolutely want to travel to one day and why?
I did not yet have a chance to travel to the Scandinavian countries. I guess I would start with Norway. I have heard it many times now that they have a great culture and a stunning landscape.
