Wel­come at Coopers, dear Shanker!

Hello & welcome, dear Shanker! We are happy to welcome Shanker Bhanot to the Coopers Family. He works as a Senior Consultant in the Life Sciences team and supports candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

Shanker was born and raised in London and moved to Basel, Switzerland, just about a year ago – his best decision yet, he says. Having worked in life sciences recruiting for over seven years, he not only contributes recruiting know-how but also valuable industry expertise to our team.

5 Questions for Shanker

To get to know him a little bit better, we asked Shanker a few personal questions. Here are his answers:

1) How does your perfect Sunday look like.
Usually a long run, followed by the gym and sauna. Then a pizza for dinner.

2) What is your favorite ice cream flavor?
Triple chocolate.

3) You are the host for your friends, what food will you serve?
For friends I will order Pizza or make burgers. I love to eat and feed people so there is a minimum of two burgers per person.

4) If you were to meet a famous personality (dead or alive) – whom would you want to meet and what would you ask her or him?
I would meet Jeff Bezos and ask him for a spare billion.

5) What would you do if you won the lottery?
Create my own Pharma company and give Coopers exclusivity to all of the roles.
