Global Logistics Manager

start date: Oct/Nov 2025
end date: one-year-contract (an extension is aimed, budget approved until Feb 2027 already)
workload: 100% - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote possible

Your Tasks:

• Ensure products are delivered on time, in full and in a compliant way
• Manage international distribution, logistics and trade operations
• Monitor stock availability, execute transfer and order to cash processes
• Drive performance monitoring
• Manage and resolve operational issues
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders
• Responsible for the optimization of transportation and logistics.
• Lead improvement projects and participate as subject matter expert in large crossfunctional projects

Your Profile:

• Minimum 3-5 years of supply chain and/or logistics experience in the pharma industry 
• Decent knowledge of SAP MM/SD transactions 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language 
• Bachelor degree in relevant field and/or APICS certification (or equivalent) are a strong plus 
• Data-driven mindset
