Project Management Lead - Medical Affairs

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our Medical Affairs team as Project Management Support. This role provides critical administrative and operational support for strategic Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagements, congress activities, and digital initiatives, working closely with our Digital, Data & Technology (DD&T) team. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Contract: 01.10.2025 - 31.03.2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate KOL engagement activities, including logistics, scheduling, documentation, and compliance reporting.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Medical Affairs and DD&T, supporting digital transformation initiatives such as AI projects and website development.

  • Manage and update the DD&T Medical Affairs roadmap, ensuring alignment across initiatives.

  • Lead congress administration, including maintaining the Congress Tracker, coordinating communications, and supporting booth operations, symposia, sponsorships, and KOL participation.

  • Drive project management for improvements of the internal repository hub (DRC 2.0), including vendor management, content restructuring, and guideline development.

  • Own and maintain the GMA dashboard metrics, delivering regular performance reports to Medical Affairs leadership.

  • Support cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution of activities.


Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries, ideally within Medical Affairs or project management.

  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities, with proven experience managing multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in digital platforms such as Veeva Insights, congress tools, and repository systems (e.g., DRC).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear documentation and reports.

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
