Agile Workplace

Flexibility
Our exceptionally individual and flexible work schedules are unique. At Coopers, we have full-time employees, part-time heroes, working students, working moms and a whole lot more. We are truly committed to designing work schedules that support a perfect work-life balance for all Coopers family members.
Hybrid Work Model
Work from home was common at Coopers even before Corona. In 2022, we officially implemented a 3:2 hybrid model. On a full workload, we work 3 days in the office, 2 days remotely. These days vary so we have adequate flexibility. In doing so, we intend to keep up our unique corporate culture and yet meet the wish of our employees to work self-determined.
6 Weeks of Vacation
We really do mean it when we say work-life balance is important to us. Therefore, as of 2023, all Coopers will have 6 weeks of vacation a year! That is one full week above the Swiss average. Oh, and on Christmas and New Year's Eve, everyone has the day off too, without losing any vacation days.
Fantastic Events
We believe in face-to-face interaction – not only within our team, but also with our stakeholders. That is why we host regular events such as business breakfasts, apéros or the merry Fondueplausch. With us, you get to expand your professional network. Naturally, we have a lot of fun, especially at our internal events, like a trip to Dublin, extravagant Christmas parties or a casual barbecue in our Coopers garden.
Workation
Travel broadens one's horizon and builds into one's personality. We want to help our employees to balance life and work. That is why we have introduced workation. As long as you have a stable internet connection, you can work from wherever you please for a total of 2 weeks, whether that is in the South Seas or in the mountains.
Monetary Benefits
In addition to a competitive salary, Coopers offers a 13th monthly salary, long-term wage continuation in the event of illness or accident, private accident insurance, and special benefits for service anniversaries.
