Laura Riotte

Laura Riotte is Junior Quality & Process Manager at Coopers and works in our Basel office. She already completed her dual studies in Business Economy with special focus on Human Resources with us and then started in a permanent role.

In her role, she supports the quality assurance and continuous development of our recruiting and internal processes. This includes managing feedback and survey formats, preparing reports, and contributing to trainings and process improvements for our teams.

Funfacts about Laura

Vanilla and hazelnut are Laura's favorite ice cream flavors (and anything that has cookies). Luckily, you can find those in Vienna, her absolute favorite city. It is the architecture and historical atmosphere that she loves about the Austrian capital, the feeling that something historic might have happened on every corner. Laura's perfect Sunday starts with fresh bakery buns, lots of movies or shows, a soothing face mask and ends with a home-cooked dinner. When having guests over, she opts for something simple but good: homemade pizza or pasta, for example. But pay attention to the invitation: Laura is (very!) keen on keeping things correct; that goes for everything, including the spelling in WhatsApp messages. Or when it comes to arranging the water crates in the Coopers cellar; so Laura was lucky that we switched to a water filter instead.
