Our Business Manager Life Sciences Saad Bendadi is responsible for staffing of temporary and permanent positions in the Life Sciences sector.

For the past 10 years, Saad has partnered with organization's leaders in attracting and retaining top talents within Biopharma/Medtech niches. He has extensive experience in the development of internal solutions such as recruitment process outsourcing, professional training and outplacement. Throughout his career Saad had various positions in the Medtech field from field sales to marketing management.

Saad holds a Master Degree in Biomedical Engineering from University of Technology of Compiègne in France and a CAS in Marketing and Business Management from EPFL, Switzerland.

His combined education and experience have given him the required insights to understand talent market place and best support his business partners for a unique customer experience.
