Wel­come at Coopers – Alex­an­dra Rösch

We have some new Coopers teammates whom we would like to introduce you. We'll get started with Alexandra Rösch – it's so good to have you on board, Alex!

Alexandra is HR Sachbearbeiterin and works at Coopers as HR Specialist. In this role she takes care of the numerous administrative tasks in our back office.
Originally a trained Fachfrau für Bewegungs- und Gesundheitsförderung, she also livens things up here at Coopers. Before joining Coopers, she already worked as Sachbearbeiterin in the recruiting field.

5 Questions for Alexandra

In order to get to know her a little bit better, we asked Alexandra to select and answer five questions from a list of questions. Let's get to it:

1) What could you not live without?
Love.

2) Who is your role model?
My role model is my grandmother, who, no matter how difficult and stressful a situation, always finds a solution.

3) What was the best career advice you ever got?
The cold water doesn't get warmer if you wait to jump in.

4) How does your perfect Sunday look like?
Sleep late, enjoy a good breakfast and playing minigolf with my family. We barbecue for dinner and everyone helps with the preparation. After dinner we play a board game and tell each other stories.

5) What is your biggest wish for your new position at Coopers?
My biggest wish is to grow with the company and to constantly develop myself in a team that belongs to the family.
