At our team event in Gstaad we got to celebrate another special occasion – or rather four, to be precise: we honored three anniversaries and one promotion. We also welcomed two new employees, who we will be introducing on the Coopers blog shortly.
Our Coopers Anniversaries
Robert Stanislawek, Senior Consultant – 10 years with Coopers Group AG
Rob, as we call him, was the first employee Chris and Denise hired 10 years ago. As a true Coopers veteran, he has experienced first-hand the change and dynamic growth of the Coopers Group. Recruiting is his passion; he knows the business from the days when there was only a phone and the Twixtel phone book disc. He loves his job because of the variety and interactions with all sorts of people. We appreciate Rob very much and can't imagine the Coopers Family without him – here's to the next 10 years, Rob! Thank you for all your hard work and commitment.
Bettina von Steiger, Business Manager – 5 years at Coopers Group AG
Bettina joined Coopers in 2017 and celebrates her fifth anniversary with the company this year. She started as a Senior Consultant, went on to be Business Manager for IT in Bern and took over as head of the Coopers Bern office in 2019. Under her outstanding leadership, the Coopers Bern team has built a strong client portfolio that continues to grow. We look forward to all the coming years together with you, Bettina. Thank you for your tireless efforts.
Benjamin Wenk, Process & IT Consultant – 5 years with Coopers Group AG
Benni has also been with Coopers for half a decade. In this interview, he talks about his career at Coopers going from a Talent Resourcer to our internal Process & IT Consultant. He truly appreciates the opportunities to grow at Coopers and to be able to complete his business studies alongside his job. For us, Benni is simply irreplaceable – he initiates projects, takes care of a thousand things and is always there to help us out (from computer problems to printer jams to finding the right adapter). Thank you, Benni, for everything! We don't know what we would do without you.
Promotions at Coopers
Congratulations to Kitti Dobos, who has been an essential part of our Coopers family for seven and a half years, on her promotion to Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant. Joining Coopers was a big step for Kitti, who emigrated from Budapest to Switzerland to build her career at Coopers. She absolutely nailed it – she is doing a great job and enjoys the have more direct contact interaction in her senior position. Congratulations, dear Kitti. We look forward to supporting you in all your future endeavors.
