Coopers Team Event in Gstaad

Blue skies, sunshine, and snow-capped peaks – against the idyllic backdrop of the Bernese Oberland, we met last week for the two-day Coopers team event.

After countless hours in Zoom, Teams and other video calls, it was a boon to have the whole team gathered together in one place – the beautiful Huus Gstaad. From small talk at the coffee machine, to the collegial pat on the back, to the humorous comments – all the supposedly small things that are actually quite big and that we have been missing in the last two years. Well, they were back and it simply felt good. Christian Biedermann, Managing Director, and Denise Stuker, Operations Director, on this:

Christian: "It was about time to have the whole Coopers Family back together. I am very proud of the entire Coopers team who worked tirelessly regardless of the difficult conditions of the pandemic."

Denise: "Everyone has done so much over the last few months and contributed to our success. Now, it was our time to give back and we got so much in return – it felt really good to finally share an experience together again."

Christian: "Our event was about Coopers' strategic goals and where we want to go together. Sharing a vision like that, you don't do that via screens across several countries, that is something that has to happen in person."

Denise (winking): "Fittingly, we had a little goodie for everyone – a cool weekender bag with a brand-new look. But more info on that another time."
