Coopers Top-Employ­er for IT-Jobs in Switzer­land 2023

At Coopers, you are in good company – the technology magazine CHIP and GreatJobs agree. Earlier this year, they identified the top employers for IT jobs in Switzerland – Coopers is one of them!

The 360-degree methodology was used to analyze aspects from both an applicant's and employee's perspective, including mystery applications. How does the application process work? Do I find all the information I need? Can I contact someone, and how do they communicate with me? Based on ratings posted on online platforms such as kununu or indeed, employee satisfaction was also included in the evaluation.

Out of more than 800 companies, only 14% met the requirements for this award. So, we are particularly pleased to be among the top employers for IT jobs in Switzerland, who can offer IT professionals an above-average attractive working environment.

in good company – hat does it mean, actually?

It is important to us to bring more humanity into recruiting. After all, we are dealing with people. Sounds obvious, yet it frequently gets forgotten. Recruiting is sales, which is usually characterized by a competitive elbow mentality and driven by KPIs. That's different at Coopers: we are not focused on rigid KPIs, and we all work towards the same goal, as a team! We focus on quality, which takes time – time that we take to really understand our customers' needs and the applicants' goals.
