Tal­entor Part­ner Meet­ing 2023 in Basel

Coopers is the Swiss representative of the internationally operating recruitment and executive search network Talentor International. Twice a year we come together in person to exchange ideas, to inspire just as much as to be inspired and to set up future joint endeavors.

In September 2022 we all met in Rome – and last week, it was Coopers who got to host the Partner Meeting here in Basel, Switzerland! Our partners arrived from across the globe, even from overseas. We started the summit with an apéro riche at the Orangerie, serving drinks and appetizers in a relaxed atmosphere.

The two following conference days were filled with workshops, presentations, and lots of networking. Talking about shifts and recruitment trends, a key take-away is: candidates take the center stage in recruiting – worldwide. We gained valuable insights in group and bi-lateral discussions about our partner’s experiences with candidate-centric recruiting strategies.

In the evening we had a nice dinner at the Ufer 7 next to the Rhine and went for drinks afterwards at the atmospheric Amber Bar. The vibe was super relaxed, we laughed a lot and enjoyed speaking in person instead online. All in all, it was a cool and memorable evening, as always with our Talentor partners.

We truly appreciate being part of a network of like-minded professionals who are as passionate about recruiting and people as we are. It opens opportunities that derive a significant added value, on the business as well as on the personal side.

Therefore, a huge thank you to everyone who joined the Talentor Meeting in Basel. And of course, special thanks to our team, namely Sandra, Denise and Jasmin for creating such a smooth conference – as well as to Sabine, Hana, Julia and Michael from Talentor for their rock-solid organization. It was a please to have you all here and we hope you felt in good company with us.
