Tal­entor Part­ner Meet­ing 2025 in Prague

From Prague to Australia, from Scandinavia to South America – this year’s Talentor Partner Meeting brought together partners from around the world in early April, and of course, Coopers was there.

Our Managing Director Christian Biedermann and Operations Director Denise Stuker traveled to Prague to connect with colleagues from the global Talentor network. Two days packed with inspiring conversations, workshops, best practices, and fresh ideas around Executive Search, international recruiting, and technological innovations in HR – especially AI. Especially exciting: five new partners joined the network – a clear sign of Talentor’s continuous growth and the increasing opportunities for international collaboration.

The energy, the dedication, and the strong sense of unity within our global network. In an increasingly connected working world, this is the key to finding top talent across borders – locally rooted, globally connected.

A big thank you goes to the Talentor International organizing team – Sabine, Gertraud, Hana, Manto, and Michael – as well as our wonderful hosts at Talentor Czech Republic for the great location, inspiring agenda, and warm atmosphere at the #talentorpartnermeeting.
