Senior Settlement Specialist

For our client, a leading company in the Energy sector, we are currently looking for a Senior Settlement Specialist

Background:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Settlement Specialist with profound knowledge in invoicing processes within the energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing settlement of sales, origination, and trading deals, collaborating with various teams across the organization, and contributing to ad-hoc projects within the Back Office as needed.

General Information:

Start Date: Asap - latest start date: 01.06.2024

End Date: 1 Year with possibility of extension

Workplace: Olten / Home Office

Workload: 80% - 100%

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Perform settlement of Sales, Origination and Trading deals (incoming and outgoing invoices, netting statements), mostly on monthly basis
Cooperate with colleagues from business, accounting, IT and other operational teams within an international team
Participate in ad-hoc projects within the Back Office if needed

Your Profile:

Profound know-how in the area of Invoicing processes in an energy company that allows a fast onboarding
Quick comprehension, good understanding of process flows and documentation
Good IT know-how, quick in understanding various IT tools used for Back-office processes like trading system, invoicing system etc.
Languages: German and English fluent
