HR Services Specialist

For our client from technology sector, we`re looking for a support within the HR department to execute accurate service processes for payroll, human resource information systems (HRIS) and personnel management for assigned employee groups.

Start date: asap
End date:
12-month contract (with the chance of extension)
Workload: 100% 
Workmodel: Contracting
Location: Quartino


Your Responsibilities:

Support HR Activities:

  • collaborate and support the HR Business Partner and the HR Specialist with day-to-day HR activities in assigned areas/functions, helping with the implementation of people strategies aligned to business objectives in a rapidly evolving environment

Operational HR Support:

  • get involved in HR processes such as recruitment activities for production workers, onboarding & induction, time & attendance management and collaboration with HR Services team for administration and payroll activities

Employee Experience:

  • support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities

Project Support:

  • Participate in HR-related projects supporting the HRBP

Continuous improvement:

  • contribute to process improvement, implementation and ensure proper support in line with business needs

Your Profil:

  • university degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a international, matrix environment
  • First experience in the area of internal communication
  • Fluency in English and Italian is required - german is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with the HRIS system
