Janet Scott is our Coopers Ambassador. With more than 40 years of experience in international recruitment, headhunting, outplacement, and outsourcing, she has built up an extensive network in the technical and economic sectors as well as in recruitment. 

Janet has played a key role in building and scaling one of the largest HR service providers, with expertise across staffing, recruitment, payroll, outsourcing and RPO. Today, she brings this broad experience into her advisory role within our Coopers processes and has a real impact on how we work and evolve.
