Adrian Stan

Adrian Stan is Sales & Account Management Director at Coopers and responsible for the Contracting Account Management for the entire Coopers Group. Together with his team, he advises clients on external workforce solutions in the fields of IT, life sciences, and engineering, and supports them in successfully implementing their projects with the help of highly specialized freelancers. 

Adrian is a federally certified sales manager and comes with a lot of recruiting expertise. Prior to joining Coopers, Adrian spent 13 years with a top recruiting agency in external project support with highly specialized IT freelancers, most recently as Senior Business Unit Manager and Deputy Managing Director.

If Adrian could choose a superpower, he would go for time traveling; he would love to peek into the past or the future. He could also visit his younger self then; presumably in the garden, because Adrian was such a vegetable lover as a child that he wanted to become a gardener just so he could be at the veggie-source (making every parent's heart smile). Yet, the present is an exciting, great time to be around, too. Adrian loves spending it with his family, whether it is at the football stadium or enjoying a relaxed barbecue. He also likes to read and has a book recommendation up his sleeve: The Tourist by Olen Steinhauer. Reading is done, for example, on the beach or in his own garden. Both dog and cat are welcome to live there, as he is a friend of both (understandably so).
