Coopers is now SQS certified

Quality is one of our most important values and we aim to continuously improve our services. It was important for us to get our processes assessed by an external Organisation, therefore we became a member of the Swiss PRM association. All members have to go through the process of a SQS Certification (Swiss association for Quality and Management Systems).

Within a defined time frame we had the chance to prepare for the audit, document all our processes in detail and proof that we proceed according to the given standards. The Audit was split in three parts: “Quality of the entire company”, “Quality from the customer's perspective” and "Quality from the employee's perspective”. As we deal with sensitive data every day, there was a strong focus on data protection and data security.

We took this SQS Certification very seriously and the preparation required quite an effort from our team. We used the opportunity to analyse our processes in depth and to optimise them where needed.

We are happy that we successfully passed the audit and our Quality Standards are now certified by the Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems SQS.
