Bayer and Coopers signed a strategic partnership entailing the recruitment of external specialists in Switzerland. After a thorough analysis and selection process, Coopers was chosen for the role as MSP Provider – Master Vendor. The experts of the Coopers MSP team are in charge of the professional management of all temporary project inquiries and act as service provider and principal contract for all Bayer sites in Switzerland.
Coopers is from now on the single point of contact for the requirements of external employees and supports Bayer throughout the entire recruitment process – from writing the job description up to the final employment.
