Wel­come at Coopers – Her­olinda Jusaj

It's about time we continue with the introduction of our new colleagues, who are actually not that new anymore. All the more we have come to appreciate them as part of the Coopers family. Like Jessica, Herolinda Jusaj started with us three months ago and we are happy to officially welcome you on the Coopers blog – it's great to have you at Coopers, Herolinda!

Herolinda is a Talent Acquisition Trainee supporting the Coopers IT and Engineering team in Basel in recruiting specialists and executives. Herolinda studied economics at the University of Basel. Before joining Coopers Group AG, Herolinda worked for an international textile company as a Department Manager. In this role, she was, among other things, responsible for the recruitment of new employees.

5 Questions for Herolinda

To get to know her a little better, we asked Herolinda to select and answer five questions from a list of questions. Here we go:

1) What is your favourite ice cream flavor?
I've always been a pistachio ice cream lover, but ever since I tried the "Strawberries & Cream" from Häagen-Dazs, I can't think of any other kind of ice cream!

2) Dog or cat?
Neither. I have a phobia of both cats and dogs. But if I had to choose, I would probably go for a small dog. Perhaps a Pomeranian.

3) You are the host for your friends, what food will you serve?
Definitely one of my favorite menus. A creamy pumpkin soup, followed by beef fillet with steamed vegetables and risotto and warm brownies with fresh raspberries for dessert. Besides "what comes to my table", the "how it comes to my table" is very important to me, because the food should look as good as it tastes.

4) Which country do you absolutely want to travel to one day?
I would love to fly to Iceland, spend a night in a glass igloo, and watch the northern lights dancing in the sky.

5) Do you have hobbies? Which ones and why?
I love to bake and to decorate. In my spare time I even plan and decorate events, such as birthday parties.
