Legendary: the Coopers Christ­mas party 2024

Last week, our colleagues from Bern, Zurich and Basel came together to celebrate our annual company Christmas party - an evening full of wonderful moments and highlights. This year, we chose the atmospheric Dandy pop-up restaurant in Basel, whose chalet-style setting and snowy winter backdrop were perfect for the occasion.

The theme for the evening was ‘Red & Green Christmas Chic’. Everyone followed the dress code, which made the celebration not only festive but also visually harmonious. The heavy snowfall the day before transformed the location into a true winter wonderland.

The party began outside, where a crackling campfire awaited us (and fortunately kept us warm). White wine and mulled wine made for a perfect start to the evening.

Inside, the next highlight beckoned: a traditional, delicious cheese fondue. Accompanied by an exquisite selection of wines and spirits, it was the perfect setting for lively conversations and anecdotes.

A special highlight was our traditional Secret Santa. Each person had prepared a creative, personalised gift as part of the exchange, sparking joy and surprise. This tradition strengthens the team spirit every year and makes the party truly unique.

After the official part, some of us moved on to the associated club Das Viertel. Two DJs and a live performance by Milli Vanilli heated up the dance floor and we partied until the early hours of the morning. It was the perfect end to an unforgettable evening.

Our Christmas party 2024 was a complete success: from the snowy backdrop and the cosy fondue to the exuberant party. Evenings like this show how much joy and solidarity there is in our team.
