May and June 2025? You know the drill: helmets on, bikes out, and let’s roll!
Coopers joined Switzerland’s biggest cycling and wellness campaign – and let’s just say, we did not hold back.

Coopers @ bike to work

A total of 12 Coopers took part in this year’s challenge, split into 3 teams. Together, they covered an impressive 3,269 km, logged 278 bike-to-work days, and saved 471 kg of CO₂ – perfectly in line with our ISO 14001-2015 certification for environmental management.
The result: a solid 63% bike share across all commutes.

Our top 3 kilometer-champions went all in:
Sophia took the lead with 874 km, followed by Anna Katharina with 731 km, and Jan-Philipp with 551 km.

Major kudos for all that pedal power and thanks to everyone who gave their calves a serious workout. The official reminder for the 2026 challenge is already set!

Switzerland on the Move – bike to work 2025

Together with more than 108,000 participants from 3,931 companies across Switzerland, we were proud to be part of a powerful movement for healthier, more sustainable everyday mobility.
Over 29.2 million kilometers were cycled nationwide, saving more than 4,200 tons of CO₂.

A small pedal for each of us, a big one for the planet.

Bewegung geht auch ohne Velo

Our colleague and fitness instructor Cynthia Villoria knows: You do not need a bike to stay active at work. Here are her 3 quick and easy office-friendly mini workouts to boost your well-being:

  • Activate your feet: While sitting or standing, slowly roll your feet from toes to heels. It gets your circulation going and helps relieve tired legs.
  • Loosen your neck: Sit on your hands (palms under your thighs) and gently tilt your head from side to side. Great for stiff shoulders after too much screen time.
  • Skip the lift, take the stairs! A classic that never fails. And if you're in Basel: our back office has plenty of stairs to test your endurance.

Whether it is on a bike or just taking the stairs, what matters is that you keep moving.
