Basel Sum­mer Apéro Cel­eb­rat­ing our Anniversary 

Last Thursday, our annual Coopers Summer Apéro Basel took place again – and this time, we had something extra special to celebrate: 15 years of Coopers Group AG!

A milestone we are proud of and yes, also a bit emotional about.
Because being in good company is not just a slogan for us, it is a feeling.

In their speech, our founders Denise and Chris looked back on 15 years of Coopers. A journey shaped by encounters, growth, and also challenges.

It felt especially meaningful to welcome guests who have been part of the journey from the very beginning. These long-standing relationships with so many wonderful people are what drive and motivate us every day. True to our USP, which aims for «personal and long-term relationships with all stakeholders».

We always search for people, both internally and externally, who share our values. That is why so many feel truly at home at Coopers. And that is why these connections so often last for years.

So here is a heartfelt thank-you to everyone who puts their trust in us – our clients, candidates, external partners, and of course our amazing team. Without you, Coopers would not be what it is today.

Alongside great conversations, delicious drinks, and best Orangerie vibes, there were some surprises waiting for our guests:

At our anniversary quiz, guests could win amazing prizes – from a JBL speaker to a Garmin smartwatch to an Apple iPad. A funny anecdote is the moment, one of the winners happened to be in the bathroom when his name was announced. Luckily, we found him afterwards and made sure he got his prize!

Meanwhile, our Coopers wheel of fortune was spinning, offering little giveaways – all in good hands with our charming “lucky fairy” Lukas.

Once again, our loyal partners contributed to the culinary highlights of the evening: G&G, who have been part of our Summer Apéro in Basel for four years now, delighted us with fantastic creations – including our popular signature drink, the Coopers Smash. Etna Pasticceria, our neighbour and partner for Italian delicacies from Basel, spoiled us with delicious bites. Sutter Begg, a traditional bakery from Basel, added fine treats.

We deeply value these local partnerships as they reflect our strong roots in this region and our understanding of long-term collaboration.

Memories of a night filled with gratitude, ease, and genuine connections. For us, it was not just another apero. It was a moment to pause and to keep moving forward. All beautifully captured in a VIDEO and in the image gallery below.
