Frozen Atlantis: Our Christmas Party on the Gannet
Coopers, Glitter & Glamour below deck

10. December 2025
The motto was set: Frozen Atlantis. The location, however, stayed a secret. Only the Rhytaxi gave it away: we were heading to the Gannet in Basel, a decommissioned ship turned into a restaurant and bar with plenty of room for our Coopers Family.
On deck, fire pits and mulled wine set the tone for a relaxed start. And in the glittering, glowing lower deck, the typical Coopers Spirit took over instantly: familiar, joyful, a little wild, and above all, genuinely warm.
After dinner, our annual Secret Santa tradition began. A wonderfully lively scene with everyone looking for their Secret Santa match to give them their gift. Every year it is impressive to see how much thought goes into these small surprises. Our Chief Elf Irina as well as the funfacts on our homepage always provide helpful insights. We saw creative, thoughtful, and spot-on presents, along with lots of smiles and heartfelt hugs.
Then the DJ started, and the dancefloor lit up with countless sparkling sequins. The dress code was a challenge, but everyone nailed it and made the whole room sparkle. And that is how we kept the Gannet buzzing late into the night. The photo gallery below captures the atmosphere better than words ever could, feel free to have a look.
Once again, our Christmas party created an energy that only emerges when people come to-gether who genuinely like, support, and belong to one another. Working in a team like our Coopers Family is a gift that is simply priceless.
A special thank-you goes to Christian and Denise for inviting us.
And to our Marketing Team – Irina, Jasmin, and Elena – who spared no balloon or tinsel to make this evening possible.
It was a legendary night. Thanks to – and thank you – dear Coopers.
