We are thrilled to share this milestone: we are officially one company. One Coopers Family!

What began over two years ago as the acquisition of iET AG was finalized by 01 April 2026. iET AG first became Coopers iET AG, and now everything is under one roof: Coopers Group AG.

During this time, we have grown closer together as a Coopers Family. Our teams work side by side, driven by the same values and a shared mission: to do recruitment differently. Focussing on humans, not transactions.

Our candidates and clients benefit alike. Our combined strengths allow us to offer an expanded service portfolio and a broader reach across the Swiss market – with offices in the major German-speaking cities of Basel, Bern, and Zurich.
